What is the return policy?
• You can request a return for any reason, but a 15% restocking fee (based on the product's MRP) will apply.
• You must report a return within 48 hours of delivery.
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
• If you choose store credits, only the return shipping charges will be deducted (no restocking fee).
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories like price tags, barcodes, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.
• Refunds or store credits will only be issued after the product is received at our warehouse and passes a quality check.
• If you wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, a refund will only be processed once we receive the product back in our warehouse, as per our policy.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once the product is approved.
What is the care and maintenance ?
1. Keep the dust bunnies away by using a soft cotton cloth for regular dusting.

7. Please refrain from using
chemicals, water, or wet cloths to clean the product. It is recommended to use
only a dry microfiber cloth for wiping off dust particles..
8. This product is intended for indoor use only. Please ensure it is used exclusively in indoorenvironments to maintain its quality and functionality.
