Refund policy

  • You can request a return for any reason within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A 15% restocking fee (based on the product’s MRP) will be applicable on returns.
    However, if you opt for store credits, only the return shipping charges will be deducted (no restocking fee).
  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 1–2 hours of delivery.
  • A full unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests to verify the product condition at the time of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, including:
    price tags, barcodes, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.
  • Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check:
    • Refunds / Store Credits will be processed within 5–7 working days
    • Exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the refund will be processed only after the product is returned to our warehouse and approved as per our policy.
