You can request a return for any reason within 48 hours of delivery.
A 15% restocking fee (based on the product’s MRP) will be applicable on returns. However, if you opt for store credits, only the return shipping charges will be deducted (no restocking fee).
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Exchange requests must be raised within 1–2 hours of delivery.
A full unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests to verify the product condition at the time of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, including: price tags, barcodes, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check:
Refunds / Store Credits will be processed within 5–7 working days
Exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days
If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the refund will be processed only after the product is returned to our warehouse and approved as per our policy.
