For generations, families were forced to leave behind the homes they were born into — especially during the years after Partition. They carried memories, values, and resilience, and rebuilt life in unfamiliar places. What they lost in walls, they rebuilt in spirit.
That history quietly shapes who we are today.
In our time, migration looks different — we move for education, careers, opportunity, and growth. We leave cities, families, and familiar lanes behind. Yet the need remains the same: to create a space that feels like our own. A place that reflects who we are becoming, while holding space for where we come from.
